Job Description:

Côte Restaurants is currently hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals for the position of Waiter/Waitress in the United Kingdom. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Seat guests and assist with menu selections, providing recommendations when necessary.
• Take and relay food and beverage orders accurately to the kitchen and bar staff.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently.
• Ensure accuracy in delivering orders, including any special requests or dietary requirements.
• Monitor table occupancy, anticipate guest needs, and respond to inquiries or concerns.
• Clear tables and maintain cleanliness in the dining area.
• Handle payments and process transactions accurately.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress is preferred, but not essential. We provide training for the right candidates.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Professional and well-groomed appearance.
• Basic math skills for processing payments.
• Flexibility in working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
