Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Sales Administrator to join our team in the United Kingdom. The Sales Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring efficient sales operations. Responsibilities:

  • Process sales orders, including order entry, invoicing, and tracking shipment status.
  • Prepare sales quotations, contracts, and proposals in collaboration with the sales team.
  • Coordinate and monitor the sales pipeline to ensure timely follow-up on leads, quotes, and customer inquiries.
  • Assist with customer inquiries, providing product information, and addressing any concerns or issues.
  • Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness of customer information.
  • Generate sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to support sales team decision-making.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as finance and logistics, to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
  • Coordinate sales meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and documenting meeting minutes.
  • Support sales team in organizing and attending trade shows, conferences, and promotional events.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and inventory management.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in a sales administration or sales support role is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and order processing.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software, MS Office suite, and other sales administration tools.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
  • Problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to handle changing priorities and work in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Knowledge of sales processes and familiarity with sales techniques is advantageous.
