Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a creative and talented Marketing and Photography Assistant to join our team in the United Kingdom. The Marketing and Photography Assistant will play a vital role in supporting our marketing efforts by assisting with various marketing activities and capturing high-quality photographs for promotional materials. This position is open to candidates with a valid work permit in the UK.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with the marketing team to execute marketing campaigns and initiatives.
2. Assist in the creation and editing of engaging content for digital platforms, including social media, website, and email marketing.
3. Capture high-quality photographs of products, events, and company assets for marketing and promotional purposes.
4. Edit and retouch photographs to ensure visual consistency and brand alignment.
5. Organize and maintain a library of digital assets, including photographs and marketing collateral.
6. Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.
7. Assist in coordinating and managing social media accounts, including content creation and community engagement.
8. Support the development and execution of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and presentations.
9. Assist in organizing and executing marketing events, including trade shows and exhibitions.
10. Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and marketing best practices.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. A valid work permit allowing employment in the United Kingdom is essential.
2. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Photography, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
3. Proven experience in marketing and/or photography is advantageous.
4. Proficiency in photography techniques, equipment, and photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom).
5. Strong eye for aesthetics and attention to detail in capturing and editing photographs.
6. Basic understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing platforms.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
8. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
10. Knowledge of social media platforms, content management systems, and graphic design software is a plus.
