Job Summary:

As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and success of the restaurant. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional guest experiences, maintaining high standards of food quality and service, and driving business growth. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a deep understanding of the restaurant industry.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of restaurant staff, including front-of-house and kitchen staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure the highest level of service and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including managing reservations, seating arrangements, and ensuring efficient workflow in the kitchen and dining areas.
• Foster a positive and engaging work environment, encouraging teamwork, open communication, and professional development among staff members.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, such as sales figures, guest satisfaction ratings, and financial metrics, and develop strategies to enhance performance and profitability.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards.
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a prompt and professional manner, striving to resolve issues and exceed guest expectations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, anticipating their needs, and ensuring a personalized dining experience.
• Develop and implement marketing initiatives, promotions, and special events to attract new customers and increase repeat business.
• Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and liaise with suppliers to ensure the availability of high-quality ingredients and supplies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards, including employee training, health and safety regulations, and licensing requirements.
• Collaborate with the regional management team and other restaurant managers to share best practices, implement operational improvements, and contribute to company-wide initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a restaurant management role, preferably within a high-volume, full-service restaurant environment.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests, employees, and stakeholders.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets, driving customer satisfaction, and managing costs to optimize profitability.
• Sound knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu development, food presentation, and wine pairing.
• Understanding of health and safety regulations, food hygiene standards, and licensing requirements.
• Proficiency in using restaurant management systems and technology.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
