Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communication.
- Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing employment contracts, conducting orientation, and ensuring all required documentation is completed.
- Employee Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, attendance, leaves, and other relevant data.
- Visa and Labor Permits: Assist in processing visa and labor permit applications for foreign employees, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Leave Management: Track and manage employee leaves, maintaining leave records and coordinating with relevant managers.
- HR Policies: Help communicate and implement HR policies and procedures across the organization.
- Employee Relations: Assist in handling employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances, escalating issues to HR management as necessary.
- Training and Development: Support HR training and development initiatives, including coordinating training sessions and maintaining training records.
- Performance Management: Assist in the performance appraisal process by collecting and organizing performance-related data.
- Exit Process: Coordinate employee offboarding process, including conducting exit interviews and handling necessary paperwork.
- HR Reporting: Generate HR reports and analytics as required by management.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations and assist in preparing reports for government authorities as needed.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Prior experience as an HR Assistant or in HR-related roles is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Visa Sponsorship: Visa sponsorship will be provided for qualified foreign candidates, allowing them to legally work in Dubai.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English is essential. Knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.
- Computer Skills: Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS software.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of UAE Labor Laws: Familiarity with UAE labor laws and regulations is beneficial.
