Responsibilities:

1. Safe Transportation: Safely and responsibly drive company vehicles, including cars, vans, or trucks, to transport employees, clients, and goods as required.
2. Compliance: Adhere to all traffic laws, regulations, and company policies to ensure safe and lawful driving practices at all times.
3. Vehicle Maintenance: Regularly inspect and maintain company vehicles, including checking fuel, oil, water, and other necessary fluids. Report any mechanical issues promptly.
4. Route Planning: Plan the most efficient and timely routes to reach destinations while considering traffic and road conditions.
5. Punctuality: Ensure punctuality for all pick-up and drop-off schedules to maintain smooth operations.
6. Client Service: Provide excellent customer service and assist passengers with their needs during transportation.
7. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, and fuel consumption, and submit relevant reports as required.
8. Communication: Maintain open and clear communication with the company’s transportation coordinator and other team members.
9. Safety: Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers at all times during transit.
10. Vehicle Cleanliness: Keep company vehicles clean and presentable, both inside and out.

Qualifications:

1. Valid Driver’s License: A valid UAE driver’s license is required for local candidates. Foreign candidates must possess a valid driver’s license from their home country and obtain a UAE driver’s license after joining.
2. Visa Sponsorship: Visa sponsorship will be provided for qualified foreign candidates, allowing them to legally work in Dubai.
3. Experience: Previous experience as a company driver or similar role is preferred.
4. Driving Skills: Excellent driving skills with a clean driving record.
5. Communication: Basic communication skills in English or Arabic are an advantage.
6. Knowledge of Dubai: Familiarity with Dubai roads, landmarks, and traffic regulations is beneficial.
7. Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by the company’s operational needs.
