We are currently seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our Housekeeping team.

Job Summary:

As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of our hotel rooms and public areas. Your main responsibility will be to ensure that guest rooms are kept clean, tidy, and well-stocked with amenities. You will work closely with the housekeeping team to deliver high-quality service and exceed guest expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and tidy guest rooms according to established standards, including making beds, changing linens, dusting, vacuuming, and mopping.
• Replenish amenities, toiletries, and supplies in guest rooms and bathroom areas.
• Ensure that all appliances, fixtures, and furniture are in proper working condition and report any maintenance issues to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, showers, and mirrors.
• Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly.
• Attend to guests’ requests for additional items or services promptly and courteously.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of public areas, including corridors, lobbies, elevators, and stairways.
• Assist in the cleaning and setup of meeting rooms, event spaces, and other hotel facilities.
• Follow all safety and sanitation protocols to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Handle guest inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Report any lost and found items and follow the established procedures.
• Adhere to the hotel’s policies and procedures and contribute to a positive work environment.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in hospitality is a plus.
• Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Good physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and their safe usage is an advantage.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
