Job Summary:
As a Sales and Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in promoting and maximizing revenue for our hotels. You will be responsible for identifying and targeting potential clients, negotiating contracts, and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to attract new business. Additionally, you will maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
Responsibilities: Sales:
- Identify and prospect potential clients in local and international markets.
- Conduct sales presentations, showcasing the unique features and offerings of our hotels.
- Build and maintain a strong network of industry contacts and actively participate in sales events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
- Respond to inquiries and requests for proposals (RFPs) promptly and professionally.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements are reached.
- Regularly review and update sales reports, forecasts, and pipelines.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to identify new sales opportunities.
Marketing:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and drive business growth.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials, including brochures, advertisements, and digital content.
- Manage social media platforms and online travel agencies (OTAs) to drive engagement and bookings.
- Monitor online reviews and ratings, responding to guest feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify target segments and develop tailored marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the revenue management team to optimize pricing strategies and maximize revenue opportunities.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends and positioning opportunities.
Relationship Management:
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the operational teams to ensure seamless execution of events and group bookings.
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing Bin Majid Hotels at industry events and client meetings.
- Provide regular updates and reports to the Sales and Marketing Manager.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing within the hospitality industry.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Excellent knowledge of sales and marketing principles and techniques.
- Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and social media platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
- Flexibility to travel as required.
