Digital Marketing Manager Job in Canada 2026.We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who genuinely loves what they do — someone who gets fired up about campaign performance, knows how to read data without losing the human side of marketing, and can lead a team while still getting their hands dirty in the day-to-day.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Own and execute end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across paid, organic, email, and social channels
- Lead a small but growing team of content creators, paid ads specialists, and SEO coordinators
- Set monthly and quarterly KPIs, track performance, and report results to senior leadership in a way that actually makes sense
- Manage and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and programmatic platforms
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure marketing qualified leads are converting — and figure out why when they’re not
- Oversee the content calendar and make sure every piece of content is pulling its weight toward business goals
- Run A/B tests on landing pages, email subject lines, ad creatives, and CTAs — continuously improving what works
- Manage relationships with external agencies, freelancers, and platform reps
- Stay current on digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, and emerging tools (and actually apply what you learn)
- Own the marketing budget — allocate it wisely, justify spend, and find efficiencies wherever possible
