Responsibilities:

1. Room Cleaning: Clean and maintain guest rooms and public areas to ensure a tidy and welcoming environment.
2. Linen and Towel Change: Replace bed linens, towels, and other amenities as per established standards.
3. Cleaning Procedures: Follow standard operating procedures for cleaning rooms, bathrooms, and common areas.
4. Restocking Supplies: Ensure all guest room supplies, such as toiletries and refreshments, are adequately stocked.
5. Report Maintenance Issues: Identify and report any maintenance or repair issues to the appropriate personnel.
6. Customer Service: Provide courteous and prompt service to guests, attending to their requests and inquiries.
7. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other housekeeping staff to complete tasks efficiently.
8. Safety and Security: Adhere to safety and security procedures to maintain a safe work environment.

Qualifications:

1. Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory.
2. Experience: Prior experience as a Housekeeping Attendant or in a similar role is advantageous but not required.
3. Work Visa: Work visa opportunities will be provided for qualified candidates, allowing them to legally work in Dubai.
4. Language Skills: Basic communication skills in English are desirable. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
5. Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail in cleaning and maintaining cleanliness standards.
