Responsibilities:

1. Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the supermarket management team and staff.
2. Data Entry: Accurately input and maintain data related to inventory, sales, and other supermarket operations.
3. Documentation: Assist in maintaining and organizing paperwork, records, and reports.
4. Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and courteous manner.
5. Cash Handling: Assist in cash management, handling transactions, and maintaining cash registers.
6. Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels, assist with stocktaking, and report any discrepancies.
7. Communication: Coordinate and communicate effectively with various departments within the supermarket.
8. Office Supplies: Monitor and replenish office supplies as needed.
9. Multitasking: Handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities in a busy supermarket office setting.

Qualifications:

1. Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory.
2. Experience: Prior experience in a supermarket office or administrative role is advantageous but not required.
3. Visa Sponsorship: Visa sponsorship will be provided for qualified candidates, allowing them to legally work in Dubai.
4. Language Skills: Basic communication skills in English are required. Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
5. Computer Literacy: Proficiency in using MS Office applications and basic computer skills.
6. Customer Focus: Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
7. Adaptability: Willingness to work in a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
8. Team Player: Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and follow instructions.
