Job Description:

As a Hotel Worker, you will have the opportunity to work in various departments within hotels across the UK, providing essential support to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for guests.

Responsibilities:

1. Housekeeping:

   • Clean and maintain guest rooms, ensuring they are neat, tidy, and comfortable.
   • Change bed linens, replenish amenities, and clean bathrooms to high standards.
   • Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors, and dust and polish furniture and fixtures.
   • Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate department.

2. Food and Beverage Service:

   • Assist in the setup and preparation of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and tableware.
   • Take orders from guests and serve food and beverages promptly and courteously.
   • Clear tables, clean dining areas, and reset tables for the next guests.
   • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in food service areas.

3. Front Desk and Reception:

   • Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, providing assistance with check-in and check-out processes.
   • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints, striving to resolve them promptly and satisfactorily.
   • Assist in managing reservations and maintaining accurate guest records.
   • Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.

4. General Support and Maintenance:

   • Assist with general tasks such as carrying luggage, delivering items to guest rooms, and running errands.
   • Support other hotel departments, including concierge, maintenance, and events, as needed.
   • Ensure public areas are clean, tidy, and presentable for guests.
   • Participate in training programs to enhance job knowledge and skills.
