Responsibilities:

Operations Management:

Oversee all aspects of the hotel’s daily operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance departments.
Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure efficient and consistent service delivery.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational performance and make necessary adjustments.
Foster a positive work environment, encouraging teamwork and professional development among staff.

Guest Experience:

Ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction by maintaining exceptional service standards throughout the hotel.
Monitor guest feedback and reviews, promptly addressing any concerns and implementing improvement strategies.
Implement guest loyalty programs and initiatives to enhance guest retention and drive positive word-of-mouth.

Sales and Revenue Management:

Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy levels.

Staff Management:

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Hotel Branch Manager or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sound financial acumen and the ability to analyze financial reports and make data-driven decisions.
• Extensive knowledge of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
