Responsibilities:

- Health and Safety:
- Prioritize and enforce a strong safety culture on-site, ensuring all work is carried out in accordance with safety regulations and best practices.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Quality Control:
- Ensure that construction work meets the required quality standards and specifications.
- Monitor and address any issues related to workmanship and quality.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead and motivate the on-site workforce, including subcontractors and direct employees.
- Provide guidance and support to the team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Progress Reporting:
- Keep track of project progress and report to project managers and stakeholders on a regular basis.
- Identify any potential delays or challenges and communicate them promptly.
- Material Management:
- Coordinate the delivery, storage, and usage of construction materials efficiently.
- Minimize wastage and ensure proper inventory management.
- Problem-Solving:

Requirements:
- Educational Background: A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required. Additional qualifications in construction management or a related field are advantageous.
- Experience: Significant experience as a General Foreman or a similar supervisory role in the construction industry is essential.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and techniques.
