Responsibilities:
- Document Control:
- Manage and maintain technical documents, drawings, and project records in an organized manner.
- Ensure version control and distribution of documents to relevant stakeholders.
- Coordination Support:
- Assist in coordinating technical meetings, workshops, and project-related events.
- Collaborate with technical teams to schedule appointments and manage calendars.
- Communication:
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external parties regarding technical inquiries and information requests.
- Handle incoming and outgoing technical correspondence efficiently.
- Reporting:
- Assist in the preparation of technical reports, progress updates, and presentations.
- Collate data and information from various sources to support technical reporting.
- Quality Assurance:
- Support compliance with quality assurance processes and procedures.
- Assist in maintaining records related to quality control and assurance activities.
- Project Support:
- Provide administrative assistance to technical project managers, engineers, and teams.
- Help in organizing project documentation and supporting project-specific activities.
- Vendor Coordination:
- Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and vendors to coordinate technical information and project requirements.
- Assist in managing procurement documentation and interactions.
- Technical Data Entry:

- Ensure data integrity and assist in generating technical reports as needed.
Requirements:
- Educational Background: A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required. Additional vocational qualifications or certifications in technical administration or related fields are beneficial.
- Previous Experience: Prior experience in technical administration, document control, or a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of technical terminology and documentation processes is advantageous.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with technical teams and stakeholders.
