Role Overview:

As a Project Manager at Mace UK, you will be responsible for leading and delivering construction projects from inception to completion. Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning and Strategy:

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, managing large-scale and complex projects.
• A degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire project teams.
• In-depth knowledge of construction project management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in project management software and MS Office applications.
• Understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations and commitment to maintaining high standards.
• Professional certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 are desirable.
• Flexibility to travel to different project sites across the UK as required.
