Responsibilities:
- Assist with general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management.
- Support the preparation and distribution of correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and conference calls.
- Manage incoming calls and correspondence, redirecting inquiries as appropriate.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
- Assist with travel arrangements and accommodation bookings as required.
- Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Assist with organizing and coordinating company events and meetings.
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners, providing administrative support as needed.
- Uphold confidentiality and data protection standards in handling sensitive information.
- Perform other administrative duties and tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred but not essential.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently.
- Professional and friendly demeanor, with excellent customer service skills.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn and take on new tasks.
- Knowledge of office equipment and basic office management practices.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, if required.
