- Report Writing: Document all security-related incidents and activities accurately in written reports.
- Customer Service: Interact with clients, employees, and visitors professionally, providing excellent customer service.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce safety regulations and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a Security Guard or in a related field is preferred.
- Valid security license or the ability to obtain one in Canada.
- Strong observational and surveillance skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to handle stressful situations with composure.
- Physical fitness to perform security duties, including standing and patrolling for extended periods.
