Key Responsibilities
- Develop & Scale: Design, test, and deploy robust, high-performance web applications and cloud infrastructure.
- Collaborate Remotely: Partner asynchronously with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, and QA) across North American time zones.
- Keep Code Clean: Maintain clean, documented, and production-ready codebases while participating constructively in peer code reviews.
- Problem-Solve: Troubleshoot system bugs, optimize database queries, and continuously scale architecture to improve user experiences.
Skills & Required Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience working in a software engineering or DevOps capacity.
- Core Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in at least one of these backend/frontend ecosystems: JavaScript/TypeScript (React, Node.js), Python (Django/FastAPI), or Java/Go.
- Cloud Infrastructure: Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or Azure ecosystems, along with container tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
