Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to drive revenue and enhance guest satisfaction within the Food & Beverage department.
- Oversee the daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, ensuring high-quality service and adherence to brand standards.
- Manage and train a team of F&B staff, including restaurant managers, servers, bartenders, and banquet personnel.
- Monitor and control food and beverage costs, inventory, and wastage to optimize profitability.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative menus and dining experiences for guests.
- Maintain effective communication and coordination with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Conduct regular meetings and training sessions to ensure staff are up-to-date with F&B service standards and product knowledge.
- Handle guest feedback and complaints in a professional and timely manner, resolving issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Monitor industry trends, competition, and customer preferences to make informed business decisions.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and uphold the highest hygiene standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven work experience as a Food & Beverage Manager or a similar F&B leadership role in a luxury hotel or fine dining establishment.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, service standards, and industry best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to lead a diverse team.
- Financial acumen with the ability to analyze financial reports and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
- Familiarity with restaurant management software and point-of-sale systems.
- Customer-focused mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Must meet the eligibility criteria for work visa sponsorship in the United Arab Emirates.
