3. Customer Interaction: Provide courteous and friendly customer service during deliveries, offering assistance as needed and addressing any customer queries or concerns in a professional manner.
4. Traffic Regulations: Comply with all traffic laws, company guidelines, and safety standards to ensure a safe and accident-free delivery process.
5. Vehicle Maintenance: Regularly inspect and maintain delivery vehicles, reporting any issues or malfunctions promptly to the appropriate department.
6. Route Optimization: Utilize navigation tools and delivery software to plan the most efficient delivery routes, minimizing mileage and ensuring timely deliveries.
7. Documentation: Accurately complete all required paperwork, including delivery logs, mileage records, and customer signatures, ensuring proper record-keeping.
8. Health and Safety: Adhere to Tesco’s health and safety policies, including manual handling guidelines and COVID-19 safety measures.

Requirements:
