Responsibilities:
- Data Management: Assist in maintaining and updating product data, prices, and inventory levels for the Clothing category.
- Purchase Orders: Generate and process purchase orders for new stock and reorders, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
- Supplier Communication: Communicate with suppliers regarding product information, pricing, and delivery schedules.
- Stock Replenishment: Monitor stock levels and collaborate with the Buying team to ensure timely replenishment of products.
- Sales Analysis: Support the team in analyzing sales data and trends to identify opportunities and challenges within the Clothing category.
- Promotions and Offers: Assist in coordinating promotions and special offers for Clothing products, ensuring accurate pricing and display.
- Administrative Tasks: Handle general administrative duties, including filing, record-keeping, and responding to emails and phone calls.
- Product Presentations: Assist in preparing presentations for range reviews and category meetings.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the Clothing category team and other departments to achieve common goals.
Requirements:
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills to manage data and administrative tasks efficiently.
