AI applications. We are looking for an ambitious AI Engineer to join our expanding team in Doha. If you want
to move away from generic API wrapping and dive deep into fine-tuning models, building advanced RAG
pipelines, and deploying highly scalable intelligence, this is your next move.

What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)

Architect & Build: Design, develop, and deploy production-ready AI/ML models with a strong focus on
Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
Pipeline Optimization: Build and maintain high-efficiency Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
systems to unlock value from massive enterprise datasets.
Collaborate & Ship: Partner closely with software engineering, product management, and data teams to
seamlessly embed intelligent features into core software applications.
Continuous Learning: Keep tabs on emerging AI research, new open-source models, and framework
updates to keep our tech stack modern and highly competitive.

What We Are Looking For (Required Qualifications & Skills)

Solid Foundation: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or
a deeply quantitative field.
Core Tech Stack: Exceptional Python skills alongside deep familiarity with standard deep learning
frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
AI Ecosystem: Hands-on experience working with tools like Hugging Face, LangChain, LlamaIndex,
vLLM, and vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Qdrant, Milvus).
Production Experience: 3+ years of professional software or data experience, with at least 1.5+ years
explicitly building and deploying machine learning or GenAI solutions into production.
Language/Communication: Fluent English communication is essential; familiarity with Arabic NLP
techniques is a massive bonus.
