As a Warehouse Associate, you will be a key player in the day-to-day functionality of our Singapore warehouse operations. The role involves the handling, storage, and dispatch of various products ranging from photographic materials to medical supplies. It’s a fast-paced job that requires keen attention to detail and a high level of organizational skill.

Salary : $2,200 to $2,300 Monthly

Key Responsibilities

Receiving and Storage:

• Accept deliveries from vendors, ensuring that all items meet our stringent quality standards.
• Efficiently sort and place goods in their designated areas, utilizing our state-of-the-art Warehouse Management System.
• Document all incoming materials and coordinate with Inventory Manager for accurate record-keeping.

Picking and Dispatching:

• Retrieve items from storage for order fulfillment, confirming that each picked item matches invoice details.
• Package goods securely, adhering to safety protocols and making sure all items are well protected for transportation.
• Assist in loading and unloading trucks, ensuring the safe and timely departure of outbound shipments.

Safety and Compliance:

• Adhere strictly to occupational health and safety guidelines.
• Regularly inspect equipment and workspace, reporting any safety concerns or malfunctions to the Warehouse Supervisor.
• Promote a culture of safety by acting as a responsible team member.

General Duties:

• Participate in periodic stock counts to maintain accurate inventory levels.
• Perform basic preventive maintenance on warehouse equipment.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and hazard-free.

Qualifications and Experience

 

• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems is a plus.
• A valid forklift license is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Fluency in English (both verbal and written).

• Proactive and able to work with minimal supervision.
