Responsibilities:

As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a vital role in our operations, ensuring the efficient and accurate handling of goods within our warehouse. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Receiving incoming shipments and verifying the contents against purchase orders.
• Sorting, labeling, and shelving products accurately to ensure organized inventory management.
• Picking and packing customer orders with attention to detail and in accordance with company standards.
• Operating warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and proficiently (if applicable).
• Performing regular quality checks to maintain product integrity and resolve any discrepancies.
• Assisting in inventory counts and periodic stocktaking activities.
• Keeping the warehouse clean and organized, adhering to safety guidelines and protocols.
• Collaborating with team members and supervisors to meet productivity goals and delivery deadlines.
• Participating in training programs and continuous learning to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

• Eligibility for Visa Sponsorship to work in the United Kingdom.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is a plus, but not required.
• Basic understanding of inventory management and order fulfillment processes.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items, and to stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Health and safety awareness, with a commitment to following guidelines and protocols.
