- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
- Monitor and optimize inventory levels, ensuring sufficient stock.
- Supervise staff, providing training and performance feedback.
- Collaborate with suppliers and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and address issues promptly.
Education and Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
