Job Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our accounting and bookkeeping services.
Identify and qualify sales leads and prospects.
Explain the benefits and features of our services to potential clients.
Maintain a database of prospective clients and update records.
Follow up with leads and nurture client relationships.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
Listen to client needs and address their inquiries effectively.
Provide accurate information and solutions to clients’ questions.
Collaborate with the sales team to meet sales objectives.
Keep updated on industry trends and competitors.

Education and Qualification:

High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
Proven experience as a Telesales Executive or in a similar sales role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Persuasive and results-oriented.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office.
Knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping services is advantageous.
