Job Responsibilities:

Manage phone calls, book appointments, and respond to inquiries promptly.
Maintain a neat and organized reception area.
Assist stylists and technicians by coordinating client appointments and ensuring smooth operations.
Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.
Provide information about salon services, products, and promotions to clients.
Address client concerns and resolve issues in a courteous and efficient manner.
Keep track of inventory and order salon supplies when needed.
Assist with general administrative tasks as required.

Education and Qualification:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a salon or spa environment.
Proficiency in using computer software and salon management systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Well-groomed and professional appearance.
