Job Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the camp facility.
Manage the camp’s catering services, including menu planning and meal preparation.
Ensure compliance with HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) standards, holding Level 3 & 4 certificates.
Supervise camp staff and ensure adequate manning for various tasks.
Maintain a safe and hygienic living environment within the camp.
Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures.
Handle and resolve any issues or complaints from camp residents.
Keep accurate records of camp activities and resources.
Collaborate with other departments to meet camp requirements.

Education and Qualification:

HACCP Level 3 & 4 certificates are mandatory.
Proven experience in Oil & Gas Operations with a minimum of 3 years in a Camp Boss role.
Knowledge in Menu Planning and Manning Management.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
High level of attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Job Requirements:
