Job Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain financial records, including ledgers, accounts, and journals.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions.
Perform reconciliations of bank statements and accounts.
Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Process payroll and employee expenses.
Monitor and control expenses within the budget.
Assist in budgeting and forecasting.
Handle financial audits and provide necessary documentation.
Maintain financial security by following internal controls.
Collaborate with other departments on financial matters.

Education and Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience as an Accountant is preferred.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CMA, CPA) is a plus.
