3. Stock Replenishment: Work to maintain an organized and orderly warehouse layout, making it easier for the team to locate and pick products.
4. Quality Control: Conduct regular checks on products to ensure they meet Tesco’s quality standards, reporting any damaged or expired items to supervisors.
5. Health and Safety: Comply with all health and safety guidelines, including proper manual handling techniques, to create a safe working environment.
6. Inventory Management: Assist with stock counts and support inventory control processes to minimize stock discrepancies.
7. Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse machinery and equipment, such as forklifts or pallet jacks, following safety protocols and guidelines.
8. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other warehouse workers and supervisors to achieve daily operational targets.

Requirements:

1. Physical Stamina: Capable of performing physically demanding tasks, including lifting and carrying heavy items, and standing for extended periods.

3. Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
