Key Responsibilities

1. Team Leadership & Supervision

Supervise, motivate, and train team members during assigned shifts.
Delegate tasks effectively to ensure smooth operations.
Handle shift scheduling and ensure all positions are covered.

2. Customer Service Excellence

Ensure every customer receives friendly, timely, and accurate service.
Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
Monitor service speed and overall dining experience to meet Wendy’s standards.

3. Operational Duties

Maintain food quality and safety standards.
Monitor and record inventory, food waste, and supply needs.
Perform opening and closing duties, including cash handling and daily reconciliation.

4. Health & Safety

Follow and enforce all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
Ensure that staff comply with hygiene protocols.
Conduct regular cleanliness and equipment checks.

5. Reporting & Administration

Assist with weekly inventory checks and stock orders.
Support the store manager with payroll and shift reporting.
Document and report incidents or operational issues.

Who We’re Looking For

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 1 year of experience in a food service or restaurant supervisory role preferred.
Basic math, reading, and computer skills.
