Key Responsibilities
1. Team Leadership & Supervision
- Supervise, motivate, and train team members during assigned shifts.
- Delegate tasks effectively to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle shift scheduling and ensure all positions are covered.
2. Customer Service Excellence
- Ensure every customer receives friendly, timely, and accurate service.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Monitor service speed and overall dining experience to meet Wendy’s standards.
3. Operational Duties
- Maintain food quality and safety standards.
- Monitor and record inventory, food waste, and supply needs.
- Perform opening and closing duties, including cash handling and daily reconciliation.
4. Health & Safety
- Follow and enforce all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
- Ensure that staff comply with hygiene protocols.
- Conduct regular cleanliness and equipment checks.
5. Reporting & Administration
- Assist with weekly inventory checks and stock orders.
- Support the store manager with payroll and shift reporting.
- Document and report incidents or operational issues.
Who We’re Looking For
This role requires someone who brings more than just experience—someone who is passionate about leadership and delivering excellent service, even on busy days.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a food service or restaurant supervisory role preferred.
- Basic math, reading, and computer skills.
- Able to communicate clearly in English, both written and verbally.
