Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate security personnel at assigned client sites, ensuring they are well-trained, motivated, and equipped to carry out their duties effectively.
• Implement security procedures and protocols, in compliance with company policies and relevant legislation, to maintain a safe and secure environment.
• Conduct regular inspections of the premises to identify any security vulnerabilities or breaches and take appropriate action to address them.
• Monitor CCTV cameras, alarm systems, and access control systems to identify and respond promptly to security incidents or breaches.
• Respond to emergencies or critical incidents, such as fire alarms, medical emergencies, or security breaches, and take necessary actions to mitigate risks and maintain safety.
• Liaise with clients, site managers, and relevant authorities to address security concerns, resolve issues, and ensure a coordinated approach to security operations.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports of security incidents, daily activities, and any irregularities observed during shifts.
• Conduct investigations into security incidents, gather evidence, and provide detailed reports as required.
• Provide guidance and support to security personnel, including training, mentoring, and performance evaluations, to maintain high standards of professionalism and efficiency.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging security technologies, continuously enhancing knowledge and skills to improve security operations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the security industry.
• SIA (Security Industry Authority) license is essential.
• Strong knowledge of security principles, practices, and procedures.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the capacity to handle high-pressure situations calmly and efficiently.
• Proficient in using security technologies, including CCTV systems, access control systems, and alarm systems.
• Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations governing security operations in the UK.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays, based on the assigned schedule.
• A valid driving license is desirable but not essential.
