Responsibilities:

1. Premises Security: Conduct regular patrols to monitor and secure the designated premises, including entrances, exits, and perimeters.
2. Access Control: Control access points and verify the identification of visitors to prevent unauthorized entry.
3. Incident Response: Respond promptly and effectively to security incidents, such as alarms or emergencies.
4. Surveillance: Monitor CCTV cameras and other security systems to detect and prevent security breaches.
5. Customer Service: Interact professionally with clients, employees, and visitors, providing a friendly and safe environment.
6. Report Writing: Record all incidents, actions, and observations accurately in detailed reports.
7. Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a secure working environment.
8. Collaborate with Authorities: Cooperate with law enforcement and emergency services as needed.

Requirements:

1. Security Experience: Prior experience in security or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
2. SIA License: Possession of a valid SIA (Security Industry Authority) license for Security Guarding is advantageous.
3. Communication Skills: Good communication skills to interact with clients, employees, and team members effectively.
4. Vigilance: Demonstrated vigilance to identify and prevent potential security risks.
5. Physical Fitness: Capable of standing and patrolling for extended periods during shifts.
6. Legal Eligibility: Candidates must be eligible to work in the United Kingdom.
7. Flexibility: Willingness to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, based on operational requirements.
