Responsibilities:

1. Access Control: Monitor and control access to the premises, ensuring only authorized individuals are allowed entry.
2. Patrolling: Conduct regular patrols to ensure the security of the property and detect any suspicious activities.
3. Incident Response: Respond promptly and effectively to security incidents and emergencies, reporting incidents to the appropriate authorities.
4. CCTV Surveillance: Monitor CCTV cameras and surveillance systems to maintain a safe environment.
5. Customer Service: Interact professionally with residents, visitors, and employees to provide assistance and maintain a positive environment.
6. Security Checks: Conduct routine checks of the premises to identify and rectify any security vulnerabilities.
7. Report Writing: Prepare detailed incident reports and maintain accurate logs of daily activities.
8. Fire Safety: Be vigilant about fire safety and respond appropriately to fire alarms or other safety-related incidents.
9. Security Measures: Enforce security procedures and protocols to safeguard people and property.
10. Collaborate with Authorities: Coordinate with local law enforcement agencies when required.

Qualifications:

1. Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory.
2. Experience: Prior experience as a Security Guard or in a similar security-related role is advantageous.
3. Visa Sponsorship: Visa sponsorship will be provided for qualified foreign candidates, allowing them to legally work in Dubai.
4. Security Certification: Possession of relevant security certifications is a plus.
5. Language Skills: Basic communication skills in English are required. Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
6. Physical Fitness: Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
7. Adaptability: Willingness to work in a flexible schedule, including day, evening, and night shifts.
8. Team Player: Ability to work well with a diverse team and follow instructions.
