Roles and Responsibilities

• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation.
• Receipt and Dispatch: Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods. Prepare and dispatch outgoing goods as per orders.
• Storage Organization: Organize and maintain storage areas to optimize space and facilitate workflow.
• Stock Control: Monitor stock levels and conduct regular stock checks to prevent shortages.
• Documentation: Prepare and maintain documentation related to inventory and stock movements.
• Quality Control: Ensure all incoming and outgoing products meet quality standards.
• Reporting: Generate inventory reports and provide updates to management as required.
• Safety and Compliance: Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies.

Education and Qualification

• High School Diploma or Equivalent: Essential for this role.
• Experience: Prior experience as a storekeeper or in a similar role is preferred.
• Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in recording and handling inventory.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift and move heavy items as needed.
