Duties and Responsibilities

• Sourcing Strategy: Develop and implement sourcing strategies to meet business needs and objectives.
• Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to establish mutually beneficial partnerships.
• Procurement Process: Oversee the procurement process, including the preparation of purchase orders, contracts, and agreements.
• Cost Management: Monitor and control costs, ensuring that sourcing activities are cost-effective and within budget.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that all procured goods and services meet the required quality standards and specifications.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and emerging suppliers.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks in the supply chain and develop mitigation strategies.
• Relationship Building: Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure seamless procurement operations.
• Performance Monitoring: Track and evaluate supplier performance, implementing improvement plans as necessary.

Education and Qualification

• A bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management, preferably within the entertainment or hospitality industry.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, proficiency in procurement software, and a strategic mindset.
