- Incident Response: Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances.
- Reporting: Write reports of daily activities and irregularities such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.
- Emergency Handling: Assist in the handling of emergencies, such as medical issues, fires, or evacuations.
- Security Systems: Operate and monitor security control systems and equipment.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
Education and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a security officer or in a related field is preferred.
- Strong observational and problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to remain calm under pressure.
