Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise retail staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
• Ensure that the store meets or exceeds sales targets.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage stock ordering and control.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve customer complaints.

Education and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, retail management, or a related field.
• Previous experience in retail management.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of retail operations and merchandising techniques.
