Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate restaurant operations, including staff management and customer service.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety standards and company policies.
• Train and mentor restaurant staff to maintain high service standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and resolve issues promptly.

Education and Qualifications:

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or in a similar role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations and service standards.
