The Manager – Accounts Payable will be responsible for overseeing the accounts payable function, ensuring timely and accurate processing of payments to vendors and suppliers. Education

Experience

• 1-2 Years of Experience On Related Field

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage the accounts payable team and ensure efficient operation of the department.
• Review and approve payment requests and invoices.
• Monitor cash flow and ensure payments are made in a timely manner.
• Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare financial reports related to accounts payable.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve the accounts payable process.
• Liaise with vendors and suppliers to resolve issues and improve payment terms.

Education and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts payable or related field.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office suite.
