Duties and Responsibilities:

- Ensure compliance with local, national, and international HSSEQ regulations and standards.
- Conduct regular HSSEQ audits and inspections to identify and mitigate risks.
- Investigate incidents and accidents to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Provide HSSEQ training and support to employees and contractors.
- Monitor and report on HSSEQ performance metrics and trends.
- Coordinate emergency response planning and preparedness activities.
- Collaborate with other departments to integrate HSSEQ principles into all aspects of operations.
- Prepare and present HSSEQ reports to senior management.

Education and Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HSSEQ Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HSSEQ regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HSSEQ management software and MS Office.
- Certifications in HSSEQ disciplines (e.g., NEBOSH, ISO Lead Auditor) are preferred.
