Experience

• 1-2 Years of Experience on the related field

Education

• Graduation certificate//Degree/Diploma in Related Field

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Recruitment: Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
• Employee Relations: Support employee relations activities, including resolving employee issues and conflicts.
• HR Administration: Maintain employee records, update HR databases, and prepare HR documents.
• Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation and training.
• Policy Compliance: Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures, as well as legal requirements.
• Benefits Administration: Support the administration of employee benefits programs.
• Performance Management: Assist in performance management processes, including performance reviews and goal setting.
• HR Projects: Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned.

Education and Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in HR or a related field is preferred.
• Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• HR certification is a plus.
