Duties and Responsibilities:
- Clean and tidy guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to the hotel’s standards.
- Change bed linens, towels, and replenish guest room supplies.
- Vacuum carpets, dust furniture, and clean windows and mirrors.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the housekeeping supervisor.
- Ensure that all cleaning equipment and supplies are used correctly and stored properly.
- Follow hotel safety and hygiene standards.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and ensure their satisfaction.
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor at all times.
- Assist in laundry services when needed.
- Participate in regular training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
Education and Qualification:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred.
- Basic understanding of cleaning techniques and equipment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
