Experience
- -1-2 years of experience on related field
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group counseling to elementary school students
- Conduct assessments to identify students’ needs and develop appropriate counseling plans
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school administrators to support students’ academic and personal development
- Address students’ social, emotional, and behavioral issues
- Develop and implement programs to promote positive behavior and prevent bullying
- Participate in school meetings and committees related to student welfare
- Keep accurate and confidential records of counseling sessions and student progress
- Stay updated on current trends and best practices in school counseling
Education and Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in School Counseling or a related field
- Certification or license in School Counseling
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in school counseling
- Knowledge of counseling techniques and theories
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with students, parents, and school staff
- Understanding of child development and learning styles
- Proficiency in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
