Responsibilities:

• Perform general cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors and surfaces.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, ensuring toilets, sinks, and other fixtures are cleaned and replenished with necessary supplies.
• Empty trash bins and replace liners as needed.
• Clean and polish windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces.
• Wipe down and disinfect high-touch areas, such as door handles, handrails, and light switches.
• Maintain cleanliness in common areas, including hallways, lobbies, and reception areas.
• Follow established cleaning procedures and schedules to ensure efficient and thorough cleaning.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines, including proper handling and storage of cleaning chemicals.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly.
• Provide excellent customer service, responding to client requests and addressing any concerns in a professional manner.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Domestic Cleaner or in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team or independently.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques and the safe use of cleaning equipment and chemicals.
• Physical stamina and the ability to perform tasks that involve standing, bending, and lifting.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
• Professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with clients and colleagues.
• Basic understanding of health and safety regulations.
