Duties and Responsibilities:

• Identify training needs and develop training programs
• Assess employee competencies and track progress
• Coordinate with managers and HR to ensure training compliance
• Provide guidance and support to employees on competency-related matters
• Maintain accurate records of employee competencies
• Monitor industry trends and best practices in competency management

Education and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• Proven experience in competency management
• Strong knowledge of competency frameworks and assessment methods
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
