Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist the Outlet Manager in overseeing all aspects of the outlet operations
• Train and supervise outlet staff
• Ensure compliance with company standards and policies
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Assist in developing and implementing promotional activities
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards

Education and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a supervisory role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of food and beverage operations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
