As an Assistant Banquet & Catering Manager, you will assist in planning, organizing, and managing all aspects of banquet and catering events to ensure a seamless and memorable experience for clients and guests.

Education

• High School / Bachelors Degree / Diploma 

Experience

• 1-2 Years of Experience On Related Field 

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assisting in the planning and coordination of banquet and catering events
• Supervising the setup, execution, and breakdown of events
• Ensuring all client requirements and specifications are met
• Managing and training banquet staff to deliver exceptional service
• Coordinating with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely and quality food service
• Maintaining inventory and ensuring proper storage of banquet and catering supplies
• Handling client inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints
• Preparing event reports and maintaining accurate records

Education and Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, event management, or a related field
• Previous experience in banquet and catering management or a similar role
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
