Job Summary:

As a Nanny for Baby, you will provide specialized care and support to ensure the well-being, safety, and development of the infant. Responsibilities:

1. Provide attentive and nurturing care to the baby, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
2. Follow the family’s routine and guidelines to maintain consistency and familiarity for the baby.
3. Attend to the baby’s physical needs, including feeding, diapering, and maintaining a clean and hygienic environment.
4. Engage in age-appropriate activities to stimulate the baby’s cognitive, social, and motor skills development.
5. Create a loving and supportive environment that promotes a sense of security and trust.
6. Establish a consistent sleep schedule and implement effective soothing techniques.
7. Monitor the baby’s health and well-being, promptly addressing any concerns and communicating with parents.
8. Collaborate with parents to ensure smooth transitions between home and childcare settings.
9. Support the baby’s emotional development by providing responsive and nurturing interactions.
10. Keep accurate records of the baby’s daily routines, milestones, and any relevant information.
11. Maintain a clean and organized environment, including the baby’s nursery and play areas.
12. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including confidentiality and professionalism.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Nanny for a baby or in a similar role.
2. Genuine passion for working with infants and a nurturing nature.
3. Excellent understanding of infant development and age-appropriate activities.
4. Knowledge of infant health and safety guidelines, including first aid and CPR certification (desirable).
5. Ability to create a warm and stimulating environment that supports the baby’s growth and development.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build a trusting relationship with the baby and parents.
7. Reliable, responsible, and trustworthy nature.
8. Flexibility in working hours, including occasional evenings and weekends.
9. Fluent spoken and written English.
10. Legal eligibility to work in the United Kingdom.
